At Denmark House we are always here to help. We will always answer any of your questions, big or small.
Here are some of our frequently asked questions but if there is something you would like to ask us then please do get in touch and we will do our best to answer your questions.
When we book to stay, what time is check in and check out?
Check-in is after 14:00 on the day of arrival and check out is before 10:00. We can be flexible so just ask.
What it the maximum number of guests for wakes?
Around 30, any numbers above this please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your booking within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund. If you cancel up to 7 days before your arrival, you will receive a partial refund of 50% of every night. If you cancel within the 7 days of your arrival, there is no refund.
How many colleagues or students can a training session accommodate?

How do we check in?
Check in to Denmark House is via self check-in with a keypad we will provide you the code for. You will be welcomed on arrival to help settle you in.
