Strictly no smoking in the house. 

All damages will be charged for and any additional cleaning fees such as carpet cleaning will be charged.               

Unfortunately we have had some problems with some guests being noisy and upsetting our neighbours. Because of this we ask that you be in from the garden/patio area by 9pm. Please close folding doors and windows in the main lounge as noise can still be heard by neighbours if these are kept open. No screaming or shouting in main lounge.

No loud music to be played in the main house. Please don not bring a sound system / DJ with you without prior authorisation.

If sticking anything to the walls, please only use masking tape, not sellotape or bluetak.

When you are in the garden please be mindful of your noise levels and language. No music to be played in the garden.

If you do need to go outside to smoke after 9pm please can you go out the main front door and smoke nearer the driveway/hedge away from the neighbours, not in front of the house.

Please use bucket provided for cigarette ends. Do not throw in the hedge.

No parties or events (unless authorised by hosts).

Strictly no parking on the main driveway or in Squirrells Riding School. There is room for 6 cars in front of the house. If you require more the parking then Common Road is free.
